How to Report Staff

Reporting Staff on Discord

If you are using Discord, you can easily report staff members through our built-in bot, Reindeer. Follow these steps:

1. Run the /report Command: Open the Discord chat and type /report. The Reindeer bot will guide you through the reporting process.

2. Follow the Indications: The bot will prompt you to provide specific details about the incident, including the staff member involved and a description of the issue. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us understand and investigate the situation.

Reporting Staff on Roblox or Without Discord Access

If you are on Roblox or cannot access Discord, please use our reporting form. Follow these steps:

1. Access the Reporting Form: Go to this link to access the reporting form.

2. Fill Out the Form: Provide all required information, including your Roblox username, the name of the staff member involved, and a detailed description of the incident. Attach any relevant evidence, such as screenshots or chat logs, to support your report.

3. Submit the Form: Once you have filled out the form, submit it. Our team will review your report and take appropriate action.

Please note that we do not accept reports via email or any other help center. Use only the methods outlined above for reporting staff issues.
